Snow Park Birthday – Ski Dubai

Pros: 1- a unique and rare experience in the dessert 2- panguins are also a rarity. And you get an opportunity to touch them as well. 3- cable cars are good and fun. 4- nice activities for kids and adults. 5. I purchased a special pass for four people for 1000 AED, which included meals, a private penguin show, and unlimited cable car rides. Cons: 1. Pictures taken by the staff are expensive and can cost 600 AED for the full set. The dining menu requires revision.

For the past few years, I had nothing but an amazing experience and a sense of excitement! You’ll forget the feeling of tiredness. I registered for skiing school there; M. Islam is a very kind and understanding guy at the counter as well as Kamal as my ski instructor that teaches well! Highly recommend this place if you want to get away from 40C heat and jump into a world of freezing -4C!!

Had a wonderful experience at Ski Dubai! ❄️❤️ I was especially impressed by how professionally, patiently, and kindly the staff were dealing with a couple of children with special needs. A special shout-out to the Filipino staff member who assisted them with the tube game. He was incredibly patient, caring, and attentive, and it was genuinely lovely to see. I also got to see a penguin for the first time in my life! 🐧🥹 Such a lovely and memorable experience. Thank you to the amazing team at Ski Dubai for their kindness and professionalism! 👏🏼❤️

Amazing experience! ❄️⛷️ We came today with my husband and daughter to celebrate my birthday in advance, and we had such a great time! 🥰 We enjoyed every moment and tried all the rides included in our ticket. Everything was so much fun! All the staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful from the entrance all the way to the exit. Excellent service from everyone! I didn’t get their names, but I remember Robert from the Snow Bumper. He was very friendly, polite, and helpful too. 😊 The facilities were clean, the whole area was spacious, and all the rides were amazing. Honestly, I couldn’t find any red flags! Everything was well worth the money we paid. It was definitely money well spent and a memory we will treasure forever. ❤️ Thank you so much to all the staff at Ski Dubai for making our experience so enjoyable and memorable! ❄️❤️

The area is quite big. Alot of challenging and fun games awaits you inside. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. It is a child friendly place and fun. There's no long queue upon entering. Have free foods and gears are included in the entrance fee. It so cold inside so better be prepared to experience Antarctica zone...

Had such a wonderful and memorable experience at Dubai Sky! ❄️🤍 I decided to celebrate my birthday here with my partner, and it became even more special because it was my partner’s first time experiencing real snow! Seeing their excitement and happiness while playing in the snow made my birthday celebration extra meaningful. It was such a unique experience to enjoy a winter wonderland right in the middle of Dubai. We had so much fun, took lots of photos, and created beautiful memories together. The whole experience felt magical, especially being able to celebrate such a special day doing something different and unforgettable. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Definitely one of the most memorable birthday experiences I’ve had, and I’m so happy I got to share it with my partner. Highly recommended, especially for couples or anyone looking for a fun and unique experience! ☃️❄️🎂❤️

Ski Dubai is AWESOME!! This is my second timer here. We did almost everyone. I highly highly recommend you do the penguin experience. It was absolutely awesome. The only is it cool to touch the penguins and take pictures with them, but the trainer was amazing. He was so nice to meet and so informative so much information to I just highly recommended. Everything here is just absolutely so well done staff is so friendly and helpful and you get to experience snow in the middle of the desert. We did the ski lift we did the rides we played in the snow. It just absolutely is something you have to experience if you come to Dubai. Highly recommend! where did the summer pass dusk include the free hamburger and drink we did not do that. We weren’t really hungry and we came in the morning and just wanted to play so we kind of miss that part but we’re so glad that we got the summer pass. Let us do everything we wanted to as many times we wanted to, and we just enjoyed being there and enjoying the snow in the desert. Hope this helps.

We were an Indian family visiting Ski Dubai again after twenty years. My daughter was just two when she first visited. They have successfully maintained the same amount of fun and quality as it was when first opened. Staff is courteous, lots of fun things to do inside. We visited in May last week on a weekday when there was very low crowds and were able to do almost all rides twice. They give you suits and gloves and shoes. There a food court inside and vegetarians can have shakes, Nachos, pancakes, fries. We loved the Penguins. Absolutely recommended for fun family bonding time.

Ski Dubai is an amazing experience and one of the best attractions in Dubai. The snow activities are well organized, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities are clean and well maintained. It's a perfect place to enjoy with family and friends, especially if you want to escape the heat and experience real snow. Highly recommended for both tourists and residents!

Amazing winter vibes – just skip the extras if you’re not into rides Went to Ski Dubai in Mall of the Emirates this Eid holidays and it was honestly such a cool break from Dubai heat. The moment you walk in, you’re in a proper winter wonderland – real snow, freezing air, and slopes you can actually ski down. If you love snow play, building snowmen, and just hanging out in the snow park, you’ll have a blast. The staff are super helpful, gear is included, and the place is clean and well organized. My tip: If you’re not into rides, just get the regular Snow Classic pass. I made the mistake of looking at Snow Plus/Premium thinking “more is better.” But if you don’t care for tubing, zorb balls, bumper cars, or the Mountain Thriller, you’re paying extra for stuff you won’t use. Snow Classic gives you full access to the snow park, the play areas, and the vibe for way less. You can still take photos, and enjoy the snow. The rides are fun if you’re with kids or adrenaline junkies, but for adults who just want a chill snowy escape, Classic is perfect. Saves you money and you won’t feel like you’re rushing between attractions. Overall 9/10 experience. Go early on weekdays if you want it less crowded. And bring a few layers under the suit – it’s proper cold in there! Would I go again? Absolutely. But next time it’s Snow Classic all the way.
