At The PartyPlatform, our vision is simple yet bold: to radically simplify the process of planning special occasions for event organizers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We're on a mission to simplify the process by offering an engaging and efficient platform that lets you effortlessly discover and connect with top-tier event vendors, and easily obtain quotes.
Connecting Customers with Verified Vendors

With The PartyPlatform, users connect with vendors in two ways:

Requesting quotes through our Party Planning AI Chatbot, "Ask Sara," on our website and app.

Browsing vendor video reels on our app and connecting directly via WhatsApp, their website, or social media.

When customers request a quote via the ChatBot, their event details, (i.e. date, time, number of guests etc) are sent to vendors via WhatsApp. Vendors then communicate with customers directly to complete their booking.

The PartyPlatform's role is to connect verified customers with trusted UAE vendors. We do not participate in event planning or contracts between customers and vendors.

For Customers: The PartyPlatform is completely free to use to connect with vendors

For Vendors: The platform is currently free. We'll review your trial after 3 months. If we haven't sent you any leads, we'll extend the trial.
